I'm delighted to announce that Your Marketing Specialist has been awarded funding to provide a 6 month programme of digital marketing support to businesses in North Yorkshire. This comes as part of the Shared Prosperity Funding (SPF) initiative across the UK to boost productivity, pay and living standards through growth in the private sector.
This marketing funding has been awarded by the newly launched York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority (YNYCA), (formerly the York & North Yorkshire Growth Hub). YNYCA are providing a series of specific business support programmes, as part of North Yorkshire Council’s SPF plans for the region.
When it comes to Digital Marketing, business owners are often doing this alone without the support of a dedicated marketing department or resource, struggling to find the time to keep up with recent developments in the area and making best use of the tools available to them.
The region has a mix of rural, urban and coastal communities all of which will have common challenges but also competing and differing needs.
