✔Quarterly strategy group session to set your goals for the quarter
✔Monthly online group implementation days to get stuff done
✔Weekly Momentum Hours for accountability, connection, collaboration and support

Strategy calls are held on the first Tuesday of the quarter at 11am
Implementation days are held on Zoom on the 2nd Tuesday of the month 10am – 4pm
Momentum Hours are held every Wednesday at 11am
Strategy is the underpinning element of the ASPIRE programme. Upon joining ASPIRE you will receive a copy of the Strategy Creator, and we will use this 10 step framework to customise your strategic goals and prioritise the activities to help you reach them throughout the programme.
