What Can Be Achieved in a Marketing Hour
Clare was nervous about increasing her prices and had been putting it off for a while. Booking Your Marketing Surgery
Marketing Surgeries are pay as go, so you can get the support you need, when you need it without having to be tied into a monthly package.
1. Add a Marketing Surgery to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to pay by credit/debit card or PayPal.(If you need to pay by bank transfer or need a PO on your invoice please email louise@yourmarketingspecialist.co.uk)
2. You will receive an immediate email confirmation of your purchase.
3. In a seperate email you will receive a link to book a time and date for your Marketing Surgery
5. Marketing Surgeries are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Before Your Marketing Surgery
1. Make sure you put your Marketing Surgery appointment in your diary and add to your outlook/gmail calendars using the link in your confirmation email.
2. You will receive an email reminder 24 hours before your appointment and another one an hour before we start. All emails will include the Zoom link for your session.
Getting the Most Out of Your Marketing Surgery Hour
1. Write down any questions you want to ask.
2. Be logged into your social media accounts/email software/website/ads manager, so that you are ready to share your screen and not wasting time searching for passwords.
3. Have any documents you’d like to review open and ready to screen share, so you’re not wasting time searching for files.
4. Make sure you have everything you need nearby; notebook and pen, glass of water or cup of tea.
5. Be on time. The Zoom waiting room will open a couple of minutes before your appointment time.
Refund and Cancellation policy
You can reschedule or cancel your Marketing Surgery using the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your appointment.
If you can’t make your appointment due to extenuating circumstances and need to cancel less than 24 hours before your session please email louise@yourmarketingspecialist.co.uk. If you don’t show up to your session you will still be charged the full amount and may not be entitled to schedule an alternative date.
If for any reason Your Marketing Specialist needs to cancel your Marketing Surgery you will be offered the choice of a full refund or reschedule to an alternative time or date.
